Here at Body Energy Nature I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. This means I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
Together we learn your answers to the questions that keep holding you back. Answers to questions like:
What specific stressors in your life cause you to over-eat? (maybe it’s an aspect of your job, a frustrating relationship, lack of support)
How much sleep do you really need?
Where are your hidden energy drains?
What specifics about your daily schedule prevents you from exercising?
Which foods work best with your body chemistry and which ones don’t?
In your busy life, during your hectic days, there are many moving parts to take into consideration that can affect your health as a whole. We look at them all in order to find the right answers that fit just you.
Having a coach is having answers at your fingertips that you didn’t know were there. Having a coach is having support when the frustrations mount and old habits push back.
Having a coach is having someone there to calm the mental mutiny and give you the power to achieve what you always knew you could do.

I do not dwell on calories, carbs, or fats. I do not create lists of food restrictions. I do not say “this is bad and this is good”. Instead, I work with you to create a happy, healthy life. A happy life that includes:
achieving your optimal weight
reduced food cravings
knowledge of the food choices that are best for you
regular physical activity that feels fun

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisers who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes toward your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and you will discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
