I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. This means I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
I create a personalized action plan that walks you step-by-step through the pitfalls, the fears, and the anxieties any new life plan can bring.
I ask questions like, “Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat?” and “Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?” Your busy life has many moving parts, as we work together we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you determine what specific changes are necessary for you, as a unique individual, in order to live an inspired and fulfilling life. Don’t think that after 6 months I will leave you on your own with a wave goodbye and good wishes. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you. You will also learn as you go so you can implement, and keep implementing, lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health.
